The Platform is operated and managed by Sunflower Limited, the parent company of Stiarsia Ltd, a company incorporated in Cyprus , which serves as the Merchant of Record (MOR) for all payment processing. This means that Stiarsia Ltd is the contracting party for all transactions made on the Platform, and is legally responsible for managing and processing payments
